Our Biggest Project To Date
- a full property refurbishment.
Mr & Mrs Walker came to us upon purchasing this beautiful, yet outdated property in a very sought after road, having previously undertaken a project with More Than Lofts years earlier. The project required very extensive planning due to it falling into a conservation area, which our experienced team were able to manage on behalf of our busy clients. This 14 month project saw the 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property stripped right back and converted to now have a large master loft bedroom with ensuite, 4 very large bedrooms – 2 with ensuites, a guest room with ensuite, office and playroom. And more excitingly, the wrap around extension opened the ground floor up so they now have a gorgeous open plan kitchen and dining room, and next to that – an adults living room with a bar area! Works also included a full overhaul of the central heating system and installing of 32 new radiators, a new electrical system throughout, including security system and sonos sound system, laying of new patio and driveway and decorating of the entire house – inside and out!. It’s fair to say our extensions team were kept very busy and built a strong rapport with our clients, happy to undertake any works as directed till it came to its perfect finale. We are sad to have finished this very successful project, but happy in knowing that it’s family has moved back into their dream home.

We had More Than Lofts complete a loft conversion about 6 years ago and just recently used them again to complete an rear extension and garden room because we were so happy with the workmanship of Stacy and his team. Stacy and his team have completed a beautiful extension which has turned out better than what I had expected. Even during covid, delivery delays and supplies being out of stock Stacy has managed to complete the build. His team are friendly and are considerate of the fact that they are in your home and left with tidying up everyday afterwards. Stacy’s passion to give me what I wanted shined through as he was always explaining and communicating which materials and designs would work better when I explained what I wanted.
